You Ryde best when you feel best – Appropriate workout attire is always a hit!
Please remove your outside shoes at the front door. Upon check-in you’ll be provided with cycling shoes.
Busy schedules are the norm these days. If you know you’ll need to leave part way through a class please choose an alternate time. Once that door closes it’s game on!
Early bird gets the worm! If you’re not checked in at least 10 min prior to class your spot may be given to someone on the waiting list
If a class you wish to attend is fully booked please feel free to join the waitlist. If a spot becomes available you’ll receive a text/email informing you of the opening, make sure you have notifications subscribed and your current phone number and email are updated on your profile. For text message notifications, respond ‘Y’ to confirm or ‘N’ to decline. If you don’t reply with a response this will be considered confirmation of attendance and ‘no-shows’ will be charged as per cancellation policy.
If you aren’t prepared to attend on short notice, please remove yourself from the waitlist.
Breakfast club – as a courtesy to our early risers, we require a minimum of 8 hours notice for cancellation of classes before 10am.
All other classes will require a minimum of 4 hours notice. As mentioned in our ‘Ryde-tiquette’ checking in less than 10 minutes prior to start time may result in your spot being given to other waitlisters (5 minutes prior to start for lunch hour classes)
Classes cancelled outside of policy terms will be automatically deducted from your account. Please note this policy also applies to unlimited packages. The charge for late cancellations or missed classes will be $8. We reserve the right to cancel any class without notice due to unforeseen circumstances.
